The hardest thing while clean eating for me is to sacrifice bread. So by making my own bread, I am trying to find a way to get away with it.

When I have been to Tel Aviv I got to try raw cauliflower rice for the first time. And I have fallen in love with it straight! Raw cauliflower is low in fat, provides carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and protein. It has a high content of vitamin C and moderate levels of several B vitamins and vitamin K.
