The hardest thing while clean eating for me is to sacrifice bread. So by making my own bread, I am trying to find a way to get away with it.

This soup was one of my favorites growing up. Traditionally it is made with meat but it was very easy to vegenaize, so I did not hesitate to try it out. The color came out stunning and the taste was reminding me of my previous favorite dish as a child! The special ingredient is the beetroot, which is full of vitamin B, iron, and potassium. When I have been to Tel Aviv I got to try raw cauliflower rice for the first time. And I have fallen in love with it straight! Raw cauliflower is low in fat, provides carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and protein. It has a high content of vitamin C and moderate levels of several B vitamins and vitamin K.
