Okay, I tried really hard to get a good picture of this one, but it is not one of this fancy dishes. It just comes packed full of nutrients but low on carbohydrates. Crispy cauliflower salad

When I have been to Tel Aviv I got to try raw cauliflower rice for the first time. And I have fallen in love with it straight! Raw cauliflower is low in fat, provides carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and protein. It has a high content of vitamin C and moderate levels of several B vitamins and vitamin K.
