Crispy cauliflower salad

When I have been to Tel Aviv I got to try raw cauliflower rice for the first time. And I have fallen in love with it straight! Raw cauliflower is low in fat, provides carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and protein. It has a high content of vitamin C and moderate levels of several B vitamins and vitamin K. Christmas is here! All of us waited so long and finally I want to share a simple but yet a christmassy recipe for yummy gingerbread muffins. You do not need a lot of time or ingredients for them and you can always swap the one or the other ingredient if you do not have or like it.
