For one serving of this creamy, cheesy cashew pesto you need:
- 110g soaked cashews (at least 2 hours, better over night)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 ts nutritional yeast
- 1/2 ts mustard
- 1/2 ts garlic powder
- 1 small onion
- salt and pepper
Drain the soaked cashews and blend everything in your blender. Taste with salt and pepper.
