Easy pizza rolls which taste heavenly and need 5 ingredients only! 

You have heard of cinnamon rolls and you probably also know pizza, so how about we combine those two in a different way. The tofu texture and tomato paste give it a very meaty texture and flavour. I was really surprised how delicious these were.


For 10 rolls you need:

  • 275g puff pastry (about one package depending on the brand)
  • 200g smoked tofu
  • 2 green onions
  • 3tbs soy sauce
  • 3tbs tomato paste


First off all cut the onions and tofu into chunks. Combine tomato paste with soy sauce and blend short with onions and tofu in a blender, so you still have a good texture.

Roll out the puff pastry.

Spread over the tofu sauce and roll up again.

Cut into 2cm thick slices.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake for about 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

One roll has about the following nutritional values: 143kcal, 14g carbohydrates, 5g protein, 1g fiber, 2,5g sugar and 7,4g fat.
