This chocolate shake can not get easier!
You need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 sweet dates (I used Dattelbaer)
- 1 cup plant milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Add everything to your blender and mix smooth for about 1 minute.
If you use cold milk and a frozen banana it will be comparable to a chocolate milkshake.
The shake has the following nutritional values: 468kcal, 69g carbohydrates, 28g sugar, 17g fat, 8g protein, 7g fiber and 38% of the daily recommended dose of calcium.
